Refund Policy
We stand behind everything we publish. If something goes wrong with your order, we'll make it right. Here's how.
Digital Products (eBooks & PDFs)
Because digital products are immediately accessible upon purchase, all digital sales are final. We do not offer refunds on eBooks or PDFs once the download link has been delivered.
Exception: If you were charged but never received your download link, contact us within 14 days and we will resolve the issue — either by resending the delivery link or issuing a full refund.
Physical Books
We accept returns on physical books within 30 days of delivery, provided the book is in its original, unread condition. To initiate a return:
- Email us at contact@stoicsoulpress.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return shipping instructions.
- Once we confirm receipt of the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, printing defect, or damage in transit).
Damaged or Defective Items
If your physical book arrives damaged or with a printing defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice.
Order Cancellations
Physical book orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase before fulfillment begins. After that, the order enters production and cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately at contact@stoicsoulpress.com if you need to cancel.
